Tuesday morning, I was playing with Pah n Lube. Playing? Playing with my injured nail actually. Anifah la, main korek2, sampai tertanggal kuku tu. Memang kat tgh2 da detach, cume isi kat tepi jelah yang pegang the nail. So, Anifah dengan penuh keganasan da detach kan kat tepi jugak. Then, paksa2 me gi cabut kuku. Ok, fine la sebab die nak hantar kan, i ikut jelah... hehe. Tp, sakitnye!!! Menyesal ikut idea Anifah...

Follow Up

Tak larat nak follow up dah. Da tak sakit, cume still biru. Ade orang kate kuku akan tercabut nanti, buat follow up bile kuku tercabut la.. cam horror sikit.. huhu

Sakit da kurang, cume I think bluish discoloration tu spread upward, dan ade 'batman head sign'.(maybe not seen in the picture)
Smalam terpaksa makan nasik ngan tangan sebab takde sudu dan cam ade food particle lekat kat lubang2 tu. Hopefully takdela infection ke ape...

Follow Up

Day 1.
The pain persist, but reducing.

Day 3
Pain still persist, so I deepen the hole myself. What a dangerous act. Doctor, kene la amek risiko. But it doesn't change much. Still pain and it felt like my nail is going to fall down..See the swelling at the root of my nail. Situla the most painful site now. X cantek dah la.. huhu

Trauma case 2

Saya ingat nak biarkan je. Bukan x biase lebam2, bruise semua. Biase hilang je sendiri. Tapi this one, very painful la. Sampai petang pon x hilang. Da malam pon still sakit lagi, makin teruk lak tuh.

Mahu tak mahu terpaksa gi klinik jugak, even malu sebenarnye, kepit pintu katakan..
Sampai2 kat klinik, I told the doctor sakit.

Dr tu arahkan assistant die prepare one needle, a lighter and spirit swab. I da aware maybe die akan tebuk tuk drain blood, tp takde LA ke? Takut sakit, padahal mmg da sakit pon.

Bile semua alat da sedia, mula2 tu seram jugak, I close my eyes la. Tp, at one point, sakit gile. Tercatching pain lak. Tapi, tak belobang pon lagi. So, I tgk jelah doktor tuh buat. Die bakar needle tu, patuh die gerudi atas saya nye kuku, sampai blubang. Kluar la darah kut lubang tu. Tak banyak pon. Ingatkan trus kluar darah habis dan hilang trus sakitnya. Ni maybe 2 3 hari jugakla nak hilang sakit nih.

Hopefully, cepatla sembuh, nak kene siapkan report surgery lak nih...

Trauma case

Summary
This is a 24-year-old Malay lady who is a student and stays in Taman Desa Baru. She presented with the complaint of pain and bluish discoloration on the nail for 11 hours prior to clerking the case. The pain and bluish discoloration develop after she had an episode of trauma 11 hours before. The pain is throbbing in nature, continuous, moderate, aggravated by pressure and reduce by apply cold material. The bluish discoloration of the nail appear suddenly after the trauma. The color constant until now. There is no incease in size or shape.

On examination of the thumb of right hand
The thumb appear red. There is local rise of temperature and tenderness on touch. There is bluish discoloration at the lower part of the nail.

Impression : Blunt trauma to the thumb of right hand

Discussion
For this age group, it's unlikely to hurt by 'tersepit kat pintu kereta'. I would like to call Conan to do his deduction

Dahla nak kene buat surgical reports banyak. Napela saat2 camni nak kemalangan?

Tapi, it's taught me to be thankful for having this finger, even though smaller than anyone else. Kalau xde finger me ni, camne la nak menulis kan? It's also remind me that Allah is remembering me, for let hurt.
