Bad Hides

I clerked a case of colon cancer today. That auntie, been passing black stool, she said only about 2 weeks, but in my mind it's been going on for quite sometimes. She hardly shown any sign of cancer, except she is so very3 much thin. That's one sign of cancer, but it not always like that, cannot go on telling thin ppl havr cancer..LOL! For her, she was so fine, nothing wrong with her, never complains things, but she went for her regular medical check up like once peryear. During this check up, her hemoglobin level not very good, just 5.7g%. She does complain of dizziness, tired but still can cope with her daily life activities, so for her she is so alright. But, she has history of cancer in her family, tp sape kesah kan pasal org lain walaupun family sendiri.

She was just lucky to notice at least she passed black stool. With her hemoglobin very low, I think that's how the decision to do endoscopy (teropong dalam perut) arise. Tuh yang jumpe cancer.Nasib baik blum tahap critical.

Bagi orang yg meningkat usianya, dalam 50 above, lebih baik gi buat routine medical check up setiap tahun, lagi2 kalau ade family history of cancer, cos ur gene are similar. Cancer adalah sejenis penyakit yang jarang menunjukkan die kat situ, kadang2 dah sampai tahap critical baru disedari (critical= dah merebak ke organ lain). Kalau mase stage awal2, mungkin boleh dibedah tp, kalau da sampai tahap tu, hanya Tuhan yang tahu lah.

My lecturer made a joke about breast cancer. Most woman don't wanna have theirself examine eventhough they have lump in their breast. They scare if the truth is revealed, her husband will left her for another woman with breast. C'mon la, breast is not a sexual organ. (Sedap ckp org, Nau'zubillah jgn lah aku diuji begitu) Tp, kalau husband betul2 sayang isteri die, mesti takkan tinggalkan? Or they rather live their husban forever.. huhu
Kata lec itu lagi, potong jelah breast, kalau takde breast takdela breast cancer. Habih tu, kalau asik sakit kepala, nak kene potong kepala ke?
