Murphy Sign

There goes my surgery posting. After 2 months of posting, I couldn't perform Murphy Sign. What a shame!!!

patient's position : lie supine
clinician's position : standing at the right side of the patient
method: with left thumb, press below the last rib anteriorly at the midclavicular line
positive : look at patient's face for tenderness or present of catching pain.

Ingat sampai mati, eh ingat sampai sebelum mati, dekat nak mati ingat Allah la plak.

It quite a shame also when the examiner said, " U can fail for something U didn't know and also U didn't do"

Try to relate with our life, tu something that i didn't know I might fail. Isn't it fair to be punished for something we know but didn't do (perintah Allah tapi kite tanak buat) and something we know it's wrong, but yet we do (benda2 yang da tau berdosa, tapi nak buat jugak)

So, nature, buat baik dibalas baik, buat jahat dibalas jahat.

Back to the end posting thing. Maybe today I cannot perform. takpe2, save the best till the last.. Hahaha. Same2la kite rajinkan diri utk belajar dan trus berdoa untuk kejayaan... ameenn
